Jac's Oreo Cheesecake

This is the superbly delectable Oreo Cheesecake that Jac kindly baked for all of us. I managed to transfer the slice of cake from the ah piaks tupperware onto a nice porcelain plate and sneak in a shot with my camera phone when no one was looking. I'm glad my hard work has paid off because it looks so yummy here! Slabs of crunchy Oreo cookies sprinkled on the top and chunks of moist Oreo bits swimming in heavenly mixture of chocolatety cream cheese (low-fat, as jac claims), baked to perfection!
